You can’t beat a couple glasses of wine midweek with a good group of friends. Luckily, Ember Wood Fired Kitchen has all the bases covered with its cozy atmosphere and extensive menu guaranteed to please everyone. We gathered an impeccably dressed group here to enjoy each others’ company and imbibe and munch on all Ember had to offer. Meet the group: John Pauldine is a Realtor with Carolina One Real Estate, and Diane is a freelance writer and bookkeeper. The two owned a printing/bulk-mail company, Direct Marketers of Charleston, for over 20 years before selling in August 2014. Karen Rice is a business consultant, and George Roberts is the president/CEO of East Cooper Meals on Wheels.
